Co-Hosts

Drawing upon our diverse community of creative, thoughtful and insightful folks, I’m delighted to announce our co-host our upcoming Salon on the Impacts of AI and Synthetic Arts on Culture.

Lucia Komljen | London

Lucia is a strategic leader and sociocultural researcher who helps technology companies innovate responsibly and grow sustainably.

Following a decade as an award-winning brand and communications strategist working with major global brands, Lucia pivoted into technology and spent eight years at Telefonica as its Global Director of Insight and Innovation Strategy. During this time, she pioneered a method for human-centric innovation (‘A Human Core’), launched a media & entertainment innovation division, and became a trusted C-suite advisor on the intersection of technology, culture, and society. Her research on AI's impact on the commercial arts led to her role at Ella, a generative AI media startup, where she guided the business through the trials and tribulations of a rapidly evolving emerging industry as its Chief Strategy Officer.

With AI as a central theme in her work for over a decade and perspectives shaped by extensive global research fieldwork and immersion in the humanities, Lucia recently launched Have A Nice Future in 2024, an AI innovation advisory and R&D practice rooted in human insight and guided by strategic foresight. Off the back of her white paper, ‘Sustainable Synthetics & Inoculated Minds’, she is also working on a venture that aims to facilitate healthier media diets against a backdrop of an increasingly synthesising media landscape.
